Flat Bed Ultrasonic Machine

Functional ultrasonic machine with possibility to weld, as well as cut & weld, depending on the needed application. Equipped with large, 7 inch colour touch-screen panel, from which all parameters, such as speed, pressure and power are controlled. The in-built memory allows to store created programs with different parameters and recreate or load them instantly any time needed. All available wheels and rollers are saved in machines memory too, which allows to automatically calibrate them once physically installed on the machine. This way, a manual adjusting after each wheel change is not necessary, which saves lot of time and improves the quality too. Two different wheels are offered in standard: one for welding/joining with wider seam and one for simultaneous edge cutting and welding/joining. Additionally, many other types of wheels are available to order, even the ones custom-made for specific application. Machine has also a special 10mm wide titanium sonotrode with steel coating, which guarantees higher than ever durability and versatility. Machine can also be connected to WiFi or LAN cable, in order to set the parameters or upload the programs remotely. In case of necessity, the software can be programmed in any language variant. Machine does not require air connection.
Thanks to its extended functionality, machine has very wide spectrum of applications and can be used in many different industries, such as: sportswear or lingerie, but also for much heavier fabrics, like uniforms, mattresses, car covers or industrial filters.
